Yin Yoga & Resting Rhythms
As much as we need activity (yang) we also need support from the nuishing and restorative energy of (yin).
In Yin and Resting Rhythms we will explore yin postures, somatics, elemental awareness and mindfulness. We allow our system to move into deep rest and digestion so energy can move more freely.

Private yoga sessions can sometimes help us start our yoga journey or modify our practice which suits your body-mind where we are at.
My teachings are based on Hatha, Yin and Somatic approaches.
