Project - yoga in the school environment
Yoga and music in school - 2022-2023
The project had its purpose to give the kids in school an opportunity to try our yoga and learn music from different traditions. All classes were held in a circle to create a safe space of exploration and connection to the group.

AsahAsihAsuh
"Education together all is possible” Yoga/Drums/Singing - 2019
It started out with yoga classes at a child care center in the middle of Bali, Indonesia which later on developed into a project with the name of “AsahAsihAsuh”. Foster kids had the opportunity to learn yoga, drums, dans and music. Our goal was to put together a performance which would generate funding. The profit would later go to one specific child care center with the extra need for food, house equipments, beds and school equipment.
The project is today run by different local actors where they are actively educating the kids within computer work, agraculture, hygiene and creativity.
Womans project - "yoga for all"
NAD-Project “Yoga for unemployed woman” - 2022
This project was initiated together with Malmo non-profit organization and employment association of Sweden, where “yoga for all” where the coordinators within NAD (network-activity-participation).
Our target group was woman who where temporary unemployed and who had a will and interest for health and self-development.
Under 2022 an 8-week course was offered with yoga, conversation and reflection within the areas which involved womans health.
